The Parent Consulting Group has been providing home inspection services to the greater Ottawa-Gatineau region for nearly three decades. Our inspectors' knowledge and experience will assure you a comprehensive and detailed inspection of your potential future home.
Our inspections are done according to the standard protocol of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors and to other methodology gained from past experience and knowledge. Notes are taken on-site and a detailed narrative digital report, complete with full colour photos, is emailed to the client shortly thereafter. In most typical cases, reports are delivered to the client's inbox within a few hours after the inspection terminates.
All of us at the Parent Consulting Group strive to go above and beyond the call of the inspector. Our service does not terminate once the client receives their report. We offer value-added services such as complimentary follow-up visits should the client have any questions or require any advice on a particular component of their home, as well as complimentary telephone or email support to answer any questions regarding home repair or home improvement. We've had clients contact us two years after the initial inspection, with questions regarding an upcoming renovation they are planning. We are always happy to help.
